The activities of the "one-stop shop" service are supervised by the manager of the Brest District Executive Committee - Igor Viktorovich Marchuk.
Operating mode of the "one window" service:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - from 8.00 to 17.00, lunch break; from 13.00 to 14.00;
- Wednesday from 8.00 to 20.00, lunch break; from 13.00 to 14.00;
- Saturday, Sunday - day off.

Single number 142 of the information service "One-stop Help Desk" (information is provided on weekdays from 8.00 to 13.00, from 14.00 to 17.00) Help information by phone 142 is provided free of charge. Calls from landlines are charged at the rates of RUE Beltelecom.
The main objectives of the "one-stop shop" service are:
- ensuring the implementation of the "one-stop shop" declarative principle when interested parties apply for the implementation of administrative procedures;
- creating conditions for interested parties to submit applications for the implementation of administrative procedures in one place;
- providing free advisory assistance on issues of preparing documents required for the implementation of administrative procedures, including through the single reference and information number 142;
- ensuring the timely and high-quality preparation of documents required for the implementation of administrative procedures;
- issuing administrative decisions.
THE ONE-SHOW WINDOW SERVICE accepts applications from interested parties for the implementation of administrative procedures in accordance with: the list of administrative procedures carried out by government agencies and other organizations upon applications from citizens, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 26, 2010 No. 200 "On administrative procedures carried out by government agencies and other organizations upon applications from citizens"; the unified list of administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 24, 2021 No. 548 "On administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities".
