The main goal of the “One Window” service of the Brest District Executive Committee is to ensure in one place the receipt of applications from interested parties for the implementation of administrative procedures and the issuance of administrative decisions on them in accordance with the list of administrative procedures approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 17, 2018 No. 740 “On the list of administrative procedures, the acceptance of applications and the issuance of decisions on which is carried out through the “One Window” service.
The main tasks (functions) of the One Window service: • ensuring the implementation of the “one window” principle when interested parties apply for administrative procedures; • creating conditions for interested parties to submit applications for the implementation of administrative procedures in one place; • provision of free advice on the preparation of documents necessary for the implementation of administrative procedures; • ensuring timely and high-quality preparation of documents necessary for the implementation of administrative procedures; • issuing administrative decisions; • issuance of a unique identifier.
THE “ONE WINDOW” SERVICE accepts applications from interested parties for the implementation of administrative procedures in accordance with: the list of administrative procedures carried out by government bodies and other organizations based on applications from citizens, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 No. 200 “On administrative procedures carried out by state authorities and other organizations upon applications from citizens”; a unified list of administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 24, 2021 No. 548 “On administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities”. |
