Monday-Friday from 8.00 to 13.00, from 14.00 to 17.00
Main goals, objectives and functions of the sector:
- implementation of state policy in the field of culture, implementation of the rights of citizens to freedom of artistic creativity, participation in cultural life and enjoyment of cultural achievements, access to cultural values, protection of historical and cultural monuments;
- increasing the role of club institutions, children's art schools, libraries in the aesthetic, cultural, moral, legal, environmental education of the population, the organization of their cultural leisure;
- instilling patriotism and citizenship among citizens through cultural means;
- development and implementation of regional programs in the field of culture, organization of implementation of acts of legislation of the Republic of Belarus on cultural issues .
